The South China Sea Project Training Courses will be developed and delivered by Eligible Implementing Entities (EIEs). In the context of the South China Sea Project's Training Programme, an EIE could be an existing Specialised Executing Agency, an organisation associated with the South China Sea Project, or others, as appropriate. EIEs must submit proposals to the Project Co-ordinating Unit (PCU) for selection as an Implementing Entity for a South China Sea Project Training Course.

In the initial stage of assessment, the PCU will circulate the proposals amongst the members of the Regional Scientific and Technical Committee (RSTC). Each member of the RSTC will be requested to rank the proposals provided in the proposal evaluation package. More information about submitting proposals, and implementing entity selection criteria can be obtained by clicking here.
