A total on nine regional training courses and workshops will be convened during 2007. The curricula and logistics for these courses were discussed and commented on by the project’s Regional Working Groups, Task Forces, RSTC, and Project Steering Committee during 2006. Provision of Support to Participants

The cost of travel, accommodation, and meals will be met via the GEF project grant for each participant in the regional training courses.

Number of Participants

It is anticipated that each regional training course will have 3, at most 4, participants per country, i.e., 21-28 participants per course.
